Use the app only for ordinary personal access and do not interfere with security, availability, advertising, measurement, or support systems.

Access License

PT TaniDEFF owns all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights in Spin Nights: Moonlit Treasure and its content, globally.
Permitted Uses: You're welcome to share gameplay clips, screenshots, and reviews on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes. We love seeing players share their experience!
Prohibited: Copying, modifying, distributing, selling, commercially exploiting, or creating derivative works of Spin Nights: Moonlit Treasure content without prior written consent from PT TaniDEFF.

Limitation of Liability

PT TaniDEFF will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, lost profits, or service unavailability — whether based on contract, tort, or other legal theory.
Maximum Liability: PT TaniDEFF's total liability to you for any cause of action is limited to the greater of your payments to us in the prior 12 months or USD $100.
Exceptions: These limits don't apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Why These Limits Exist: Reasonable liability caps allow us to offer Spin Nights: Moonlit Treasure affordably. They are negotiated terms that reflect a fair allocation of risk.
Consumer Protection Laws: Mandatory consumer protection rights in your jurisdiction are not affected by these limitations.

Your Responsibility for Claims
You agree to defend and indemnify PT TaniDEFF against claims arising from your actions in Spin Nights: Moonlit Treasure.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PT TaniDEFF and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, and costs — including reasonable attorney's fees — from: (a) your Terms violations; (b) your Spin Nights: Moonlit Treasure use; (c) your content; (d) your law violations.
We may choose to handle the defense of indemnified claims ourselves. If we do, you agree to cooperate fully and not to settle the claim without our written consent.

Conflict Resolution
This section describes how disputes between you and PT TaniDEFF will be resolved.
Informal Resolution: Please contact our support team before escalating a dispute. Provide a description of your concern and desired outcome. We commit to a good-faith response within 30 days.
Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than court, where permitted by law. Arbitration is faster, less expensive, and more private than litigation.
Disputes must be brought individually. Class, representative, and collective actions are not permitted under this Agreement.
This arbitration agreement does not prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief. Small claims court actions are also permitted where eligible.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms by emailing our support team with 'Arbitration Opt-Out' in the subject line.

When the Agreement Ends
Your use of Spin Nights: Moonlit Treasure can end in several ways. Here's what happens when it does.
You Can Leave Anytime
You may stop using Spin Nights: Moonlit Treasure at any time. To delete your account and request data deletion, contact our support team. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete your account or data.
Termination for Cause: We may immediately suspend or terminate accounts involved in cheating, fraud, hate speech, or other serious violations, without prior notice when necessary to protect our community.
Effects of Termination: Upon termination, your license ends immediately, virtual assets in your account are forfeited (if terminated for cause), and survival provisions continue in force.

Jurisdiction and Choice of Law

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PT TaniDEFF is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
For disputes not subject to arbitration, courts in PT TaniDEFF's jurisdiction have exclusive authority. You agree to their jurisdiction.
EU/UK Note: If you're an EU or UK consumer, mandatory local consumer laws apply in addition to this Agreement. Nothing here removes statutory consumer rights.

PT TaniDEFF keeps these Terms current. Here's how updates are communicated and when they apply.
Notice of Changes: Material changes get in-app notifications. The effective date on this page always reflects the latest version. For major rights changes, we give at least 14 days advance notice.
Changes take effect on the date specified. Continuing to use Spin Nights: Moonlit Treasure after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
If You Don't Agree
If you disagree with updated Terms, you may stop using Spin Nights: Moonlit Treasure before the effective date. You can request account deletion at our support team.

General Provisions

Health and Safety Information
Certain light patterns or flickering visuals may cause epileptic seizures in some players. If you or someone in your family has been diagnosed with epilepsy or light sensitivity, speak with a healthcare provider before playing.
If you experience any of the following while playing Spin Nights: Moonlit Treasure: dizziness, distorted vision, eye or muscle twitching, unconsciousness, confusion, any involuntary movement, or convulsions — stop playing immediately if you experience these symptoms and consult a doctor.
